Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That is why we Registered Mail services from our warehouses in China.

All our packages have Tracking Numbers and can be used for monitoring the status of the package in transit to Ghana

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Orders take typically 3-4 weeks to arrive in Ghana. There are instances where items will arrive in less than 2 weeks.

How Do I Track My Order?

We understand your feeling about waiting for the package, we alway try our best to provide prompt shipping to each order. Normally, we will ship orders in 48 hours after you finished payment. The shipping company will return the tracking number to us in 1-3 days after package processing. We will update the tracking number to you within 5 days via email.

Your tracking number will sometimes show the status as ‘processing’, but in fact, the package is on the way, just a little delay on shipping status updating. Please wait for a few days patiently. You also can contact us if you have any question.

Do I Need To Pay Customs Tax?

Most of the items in our inventory can be received without paying Customs Charges.

We have taken all reasonable steps to comply with general world shipping standards however we do not have control over what items are Taxable by Ghana Customs at any given time.

It is recommended that you investigate the relevant local laws for further information about import Taxation. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped.

How Do I Place an Order?

  • After making your selection in the shopping cart, click on the checkout button to be directed to the payment page.
  • Review your Shipping details and press the Place Order button to be directed to the payments page.
  • The accepted payment method for our transactions are Mobile Money Payments.  Ensure you provide the right details during the checkout process.
  • You will be redirected to a confirmation page after successful payment and receive an email notification in addition.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

Customers are required to create an account before making an order. This can be done on main homepage or during checkout process.

This is important for us to be able to provide customers with additional support during future transactions.

A user will be provided with account details after account creation. This can be used for checking transaction history as well as retrieving Tracking information.

What If I Do Not Have a Mailing Address?

All Orders made on Easypickgh require a mailing address for delivery.

Ghana Post is introducing a system which allows for qualified registered packages to be delivered to customers physical location.

Include your Digital Address when placing order to benefit from this service from Ghana Post.

How Are My Orders Packaged?

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons: Certain items may be on backorder / Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office / Different designers/warehouse location (we work with multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices).

We will provide you with separate tracking numbers in such instances.

Unclaimed Orders?

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Unclaimed items are subjected to a 30% restocking fee and all postage costs.
