We provide services to you subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in this agreement. Besides, you will obey the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such services before you use them. We reserve the right to change this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

Before proceeding, please read this agreement because accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions in this agreement.

You shall not upload, distribute, or otherwise publish through this Site any Content, information, or other material that (a) includes any bugs, viruses, worms, trap doors, Trojan horses, or other harmful code or properties; (b) is libelous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, discriminatory, or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the laws of Ghana or the laws of any other country that may apply; or (c)violates or infringes upon the copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any person.  easypickgh.com may give you an account identification and password to enable you to access and use certain portions of this Site. Each time you use a password or identification, you are deemed to be authorized to access and use the Site in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of this agreement, and easypickgh.com has no obligation to investigate the source of any such access or use of the Site.

By accepting these Terms of Use through your use of the Site, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 years old please use this Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site by displaying it on your Internet browser only for the purpose of shopping and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by easypickgh.com in advance. Any violation of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.

Unless explicitly permitted by our company in advance, all materials, including images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, programs, music clips or downloads, video clips and written and other materials that are part of this Site (collectively, the “Contents”) are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not make any commercial use of any of the information provided on the Site or make any use of the Site for the benefit of another business. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable laws or is harmful to our interests. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit this Site or any portion of it unless expressly permitted by our company in writing.

You will be solely responsible for all access to and use of this site by anyone using the password and identification originally assigned to you whether or not such access to and use of this site is actually authorized by you, including without limitation, all communications and transmissions and all obligations (including without limitation financial obligations) incurred through such access or use. You are solely responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of the password and identification assigned to you. You shall immediately notify easypickgh.com of any unauthorized use of your password or identification or any other breach or threatened breach of this Site’s security.

ORDERING

While we try in good faith to be as accurate as possible, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, or error free. From time to time there may be information on easypickgh that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, easypickgh may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. easypickgh reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order.

Should a situation arise where easypickgh cannot accept your order, such customers will be contacted with explanation and a corrected offer where applicable.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping time is the estimated time it takes for packages to arrive in Ghana after processing is completed from our delivery points in china. The actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond easypickgh’s control once it leaves our delivery points. easypickgh cannot be held liable for late deliveries.

We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible. All our products are shipped as Registered Mail and can be collected at the Ghana Post office.

A Tracking Number will be issued and sent to our customers to to help in tracking the package.

Shipping and delivery times are calculated in working days from Monday to Friday. In the case of major holidays such as Christmas and the Chinese Lunar New Year, please allow extra delivery time. During those special occasions we will provide notices to reflect possible delays.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. easypickgh cannot make changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and easypickgh is not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.

All orders reported as “delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. easypickgh cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 8 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

• you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
• you receive the wrong item
• there is problem with the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

• your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
• your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
• you have kept item for more than 4 days after receiving.

Items must be in their original packaging, all the original boxes must be intact and included, along with all packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, plus all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.

Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customer’s own expense.

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site.
